Mission Statement

The idea behind Bite Sized is to create a single bite of food with a unique combination of flavors and an appealing aesthetic. Our inspiration comes from our mutual love of food, our constant quest to share food by paring down a dish into one quintessential bite, and the combination of our cooking and photography careers. Some of our recipes are derived from Jessica’s cooking experiments and recipes, while others are conceived from Jonathan’s attempts to create visually unique food. In allowing each of our innovative passions to meld, we hope to share a story of who we are as a creative team.

Hey guys, it’s Dorothy’s coworker. The blog looks great! Can’t wait to go see some music with the both of you :) Gonna be a great time. Keep the recipes coming, as they will give my wife great ideas for dinner (and me too I guess – don’t want to be sexist lol).

Jonathan – talk to you soon bro!

This “amuse” is amazing to look at and I know it tastes great. I tried to make it…but alas…mine sure didn’t look like yours. But it did not matter – the individual ingredients were so delicious we ate them all up
anyhow.

Keep them coming!
